Luis Scola scored 25 and grabbed 11 rebounds and Argentina used a 12-1 fourth-quarter run to defeat Italy 84-69 and win the Olympic gold medal Saturday. Manu Ginobili put the finishing touches on a solid two-week tournament with 16 points.
