Shot a career-high 87 percent from the free throw line. Posted two double-doubles (points, assists). Dished out a career-high 10 assists twice and had nine or more assists eight times. Went 14-for-14 from the free throw line against Seton Hall. Scored a career-high 37 points in a win against Pittsburgh. Averaged 16.5 points and 8.0 assists in two NIT games.
Junior (2004-05): Averaged 12.6 points. Missed the first game of his career after suffering a bruised right clavicle in the first round of the Big East Tournament. Scored in double figures 21 times. Scored 20 or more points three times. Matched a then career-high with 25 points against Pittsburgh. Had a season-high six assists against DePaul.
Sophomore (2003-04): Team’s second leading scorer (14.3 ppg). Scored in double figures in all but eight games. Scored 20 or more points five times, including a then season-high 25 in games against Quinnipiac and Boston College. Dished out a season-high eight assists against Miami. Hit a career-high six three-pointers against Quinnipiac. Averaged 15.3 points in three NIT games.
Freshman (2002-03): Scored in double figures twice. Scored 11 points in three NCAA Tournament games, including scoring eight points and grabbing five rebounds in second-round win over Illinois. Scored a season-high 12 points in win over Marquette.
Strengths: Tough-minded guard who can score and distribute. Makes excellent shot/pass decisions. Deceptively quick first step allows him to get into the lane to make plays.
Personal: Son of Chris and Susan Quinn. The second oldest of three children. Sister Jess is married to Kevin McCadam, who plays safety for the Atlanta Falcons.
