Senior (2007-08): Led C-USA in rebounding (9.5 rpg) and ranked third in blocked shots (1.95 bpg). Missed the first two games of the season due to injury. Posted nine double-doubles. Scored in double figures five times. Registered a season-high 18 points and pulled down a career-high 22 rebounds at Houston. Grabbed 12 rebounds and blocked five shots vs. Oklahoma in the semifinals of the 2K Sports College Hoop Classic. Pulled down 12 boards vs. Connecticut in the Classic finals. Recorded 11 points and 13 rebounds vs. Georgetown. Tallied 19 rebounds and three blocks at Tulsa. Scored 16 points and grabbed 12 rebounds vs. UAB. Notched 13 points, 12 rebounds and a season-high six blocked shots vs. Mississippi State in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Posted an 11-point, 12-rebound double-double vs. Texas in the Regional Finals. Pulled down a game-high 15 rebounds vs. UCLA in the Final Four.
Junior (2006-07): Led C-USA in rebounding (9.4 rpg), while ranking second in field goal percentage (.614) and blocked shots (2.2 bpg). Grabbed 10 or more rebounds 20 times and posted seven double-doubles. Scored a season-high 22 points on 10-for-13 shooting at Central Florida. Tallied 14 points, 11 rebounds and six blocked shots at Southern Miss and pulled down a season-high 16 rebounds in the rematch. Registered a season-high seven blocked shots vs. Rice. Averaged 8.6 points and 10.0 rebounds in three C-USA Tournament games. Grabbed 15 rebounds vs. North Texas in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
Sophomore (2005-06): Averaged 6.9 points and a team-high 7.5 rebounds (ranked third in C-USA). Also led the league in blocked shots (1.8 bpg). Grabbed 10 or more rebounds ten times and posted six double-doubles. Registered a season-high 16 points and pulled down 13 rebounds vs. Purdue. Tallied 12 points, a season-high 16 rebounds and four blocked shots vs. UAB and recorded 11 points and 16 rebounds in the rematch. Blocked a season-high six shots vs. Middle Tennessee State. Averaged 7.0 points and 9.3 rebounds in three C-USA Tournament games, with a 10-point, 12-rebound performance in the finals vs. UAB. Scored 12 points vs. Bucknell in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
Freshman (2004-05): Averaged 4.6 points and 6.0 rebounds in 15.1 minutes a contest. Led the team in field goal percentage (.546) and ranked second in rebounding and blocked shots. Grabbed 10 or more rebounds seven times and posted three double-doubles. Set season highs with 14 points and 18 rebounds vs. Austin Peay. Pulled down 11 rebounds at Louisville. Tallied 10 points and 16 rebounds vs. Savannah State. Registered 10 points and seven rebounds vs. St. Louis in the first round of the C-USA Tournament.
Strengths: Has prototypical size, strength and athleticism for the NBA power forward position. Runs the floor extremely well and finishes strong in transition. Hits the boards hard, especially on the offensive end. An outstanding post defender and shot-blocker.
Personal: Majored in interdisciplinary studies. Also attended Douglass High School in Baltimore and Mt. Zion Christian Academy in Durham, N.C.
